About Us

Mission Statement

Philadelphia Prime will provide your son with the tools necessary to become a complete baseball athlete and well-rounded person through instilling discipline, honesty and integrity while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.

Our culture provides the drive and motivation for constant improvement amongst our athletes as well as the courage to fail and rise back up. We prepare players for elite levels of competition, while incorporating lessons that transcend the baseball diamond, such as increasing self-awareness and working together to achieve a common goal.

Believe

Bring It

We talk about not getting caught up in a good or bad weekend or 1 win or 1 loss - don't let a singular moment define you. PRIME believes in pushing your teammates to be better, holding them accountable, picking them up when they are down, and ALWAYS believing in yourself. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. Take a breath between every pitch , game, and series.

Before every game, we talk about the importance of being the best you can be...and bringing out the best in others. Learning the game, learning how to be a better person, always trying to be a great teammate (helping one another), working hard (effort) and loving the game (having fun), as well as handling your reactions (attitude) are essential. By putting these young baseball players in competitive situations, we help them develop their character which will benefit them not only in baseball, but in life.
